Mr Mease will conduct a seminar in wrist locks. the cost will be $5.00 for members of UFAF /CKD and $8.00 for non members. You must show your card! Any questions call the school, It will be at teh Niagara Falls location,This is our regional workout and the Black belt test is at mr Bosch's school in Canada. |
